Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

Defective Products Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. There is no need to have to call the manufacturer directly as we have our own service team to help you. You are welcome to call in to discuss your issue, or please send an email to If you are able to supply pictures this will help speed up the service procedure with the manufacturer.

Damaged Products If a product comes to you damaged, and was not purchased as an “as is” or “special buy” product please contact the store at 519-822-1251. If you are able to supply a picture showing the issue please email to

The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur up to a 25% restocking fee. All returns will be refunded in the form of an in-store credit. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.

Custom Orders are not eligible to be canceled after 24 hours.

It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure the dimensions of the furniture ordered will fit through doorways, staircases etc. there will be no refunds for furniture that does not fit!

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Fabrics and Leathers: In as much as upholstery fabrics or leathers are not guaranteed by the mills or tanneries, we are not responsible for wear, fading, piling or any cleaning of any covering material.

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time.
